INDIVIDUALIZED FUNDING BROKERAGE

LCSS offers brokerage of funding. This can include but is not limited to: funding received through Special Services at Home and/or from PASSPORT (Community Participation Funding and/or Respite Funding), private funding etc.

LCSS provides support for administration of the funding in whole or in part, based on the preferences/choices of the individual/family.

LCSS can also provide assistance and /or guidance to individuals and families who choose to self-administer their funding.
